Marketing Operations Health Check
A focused Marketing Operations Health Check
Understand what is creating operational friction before committing to a rebuild or a long implementation backlog.
The Health Check reviews an agreed CRM and marketing automation environment, traces important workflows and turns supported findings into a practical 30/60/90-day plan.
When it is useful
- Your team cannot easily explain lifecycle, routing or automation behavior.
- Campaigns require recurring manual checks or fixes.
- Reporting is difficult to reconcile with the workflows behind it.
- You inherited a system and need to decide what to address first.
Bounded diagnostic
What is reviewed
The base scope covers one marketing automation instance, one connected CRM, one business unit and one lead lifecycle. A typical sample includes six workflow paths: four deeper traces and two lighter screens. About twelve redacted historical record traces are reviewed, with expansion up to twenty only when evidence warrants it within the agreed scope.
Two campaign or nurture configurations and selected integration handoffs fit within that sample. Two operational reports help assess definitions and visibility. The review is risk-based, not an exhaustive inspection of every asset.
What you receive
Evidence-based assessment
Qualitative conclusions with explicit scope, confidence and limitations—never an overall numerical health grade.
Material findings
Risks, dependencies, ownership and distinct severity and priority judgments.
Current-state map
A compact view of the reviewed paths with recommended changes annotated.
30/60/90-day roadmap
A sequenced plan with owners and dependencies, followed by a written report and 60-minute readout.
Your participation
Provide structured intake, existing documentation and scoped access or guided evidence. The process normally includes a 30-minute kickoff and up to two 30-minute stakeholder interviews. A third interview is used only when an important question remains unresolved.
The scheduling target is approximately ten business days after readiness. Client delays, access problems or missing evidence may pause or extend it.
What is outside scope
The Health Check does not configure platforms, run production tests, clean databases or implement its recommendations. It is not a complete security, compliance, deliverability or platform audit. Additional systems, samples or analysis require an agreed scope change.
