Marketing Operations Sprint
Fixed-scope Marketing Operations Sprints
Resolve a defined operational problem without turning the engagement into an open-ended platform project.
A Sprint starts with an agreed outcome, the systems and workflows involved, and observable acceptance criteria. Implementation, testing and handover are scoped before work begins.
Examples of focused outcomes
- Clean up specified HubSpot lifecycle or workflow rules.
- Implement or improve a defined lead-intake and routing path.
- Standardize a Marketo campaign structure or QA process.
- Clarify and configure a scoped Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement handoff.
These examples do not mean every related task belongs in one Sprint. Larger migrations or multi-system programs need their own scope.
What is included
An agreed design and implementation scope, a targeted test matrix, client acceptance testing, documentation and handover. Production changes require authorization. Deployment and rollback arrangements are defined where relevant.
What must be clear first
The desired behavior, responsible owner, access, dependencies and acceptance criteria. If the problem is still uncertain, a Health Check may be the better starting point.
Boundaries
A focused outcome, not an unlimited backlog
No unrelated integrations, full database cleanup, ongoing monitoring or emergency coverage. New requirements are reviewed as scope changes. Timing and price are agreed privately for the project.
